We recently stayed at a charming hotel situated in beautiful grounds. The location was convenient to the convention centre, making it easy for us to attend our event. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with homemade jams that were a delightful treat. The staff provided excellent service, always going out of their way to assist us. We also enjoyed the peaceful view of the garden from our room.

The TV in our room was quite small, which was a minor inconvenience.

Conveniently, there's a restaurant called Borussos within walking distance of this place. The staff and rooms here are great. Plus, Maynardville Park is nearby. The Newlands neighborhood is definitely worth checking out! 🌳

Luxurious amenities and exclusive service I had at this hotel were exceptional, meeting my every need. The swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for taking relaxing dips. My room had private facilities and exclusive advantages, making it a comfortable and elegant choice. The bar and lounge area was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a drink. The location advantages were also great, with easy access to desirable spots around the city.

The only negative aspect I can mention about this hotel is that the Wi-Fi connection in my room was not strong enough, making it difficult to check emails and work remotely. However, the hotel staff were attentive and took steps to try and solve the issue.

Stayed for New Year's Eve. Beautiful property with large gardens and pool. Staff were friendly and there was easy access to local attractions.

The rooms were outdated and the dining room was cramped. The breakfast buffet was limited and the staff were overly attentive and nervous.
